How Wheeliebox Works

The hydraulic self-levelling jack system runs from a 12 volt pump with a manual override on each corner jack.

When you have released the wheeled sub-frame from the wheeliebox, press the down control button which activates each of the corner jacks to a height just above the sub-frame, allowing you to pull the wheeled sub-frame free. Each corner jack is fitted with a 4 inch base plate to help with stability.

When clear of the sub frame, you just press the down control button and the wheeliebox will lower to the pre-set height above ground level of 8 inches. This puts the counter height at 3'6".

To reconnect the wheeliebox with the wheeled sub-frame simply reverse the operation.

It should be noted, that we preset the load capability of the hydraulic system to avoid overloading the wheeliebox during the lifting operation.
