Wheeliebox Construction
The wheeliebox shell come in four sizes 8ft, 12ft, 16ft and 23ft long and is made from grade-two fibreglass Synolite 2754-W-2 fire retardant resin (class 2 surface spread of flame rating to BS 476 part 7).
The shell is cast in moulds incorporating your choice of colour. The door, hatches, gas box and roof sign are also molded to suit the design and colour of the shell.
On the inside the aluminium top hat is moulded into the wall as fitting frames.
The walls are then lined with a food-safe easy-clean non-marking stainless wall material.
If you prefer you can have coloured food-safe easy-clean non-marking wall material.
The door and hatches are lined with the same easy-clean wall material.
The floor is constructed from 18 mm marine grade plywood and covered with hard wearing, easy to clean flooring.
Counters are fabricated from 304 stainless steel, fitted to suit your individual requirements
