Wheeliebox - Construction and Materials

The wheeliebox shell is made from fire resistant grade-two fibreglass. The shell is cast in moulds incorporating your choice of colour. The door, hatches, gas box and roof sign are also molded to suit the design and colour of the shell.

On the inside the aluminium top hat is moulded into the wall as fitting frames. The walls are then lined with a food-safe easy-clean non-marking white wall material.
